A
complete new
solution
for NMT 450!
This
a brand new booster developed
for
the NMT450 system. It has what you are missing if you are out in rough
country were the signals are weak and only having a small pocket phone
at hand. Here it is the solution to be able to communicate at ease.

Disclaimer, the picture shows a prototype and the finished
product
might look somewhat different.
Now finally there is a solution with a brand new product. This
booster amplifies the signal 20 (10dB) times in outgoing direction
and compensates for the receiver’s attenuation through the booster. The
problem is that in Sweden there has for some time being complaints
regarding poor reception in very remote areas and this is one of the
best ways to make it work again.
The booster has not only amplification in the transmitter, but
also amplifies the reception. All in, all it is contained in a small
aluminium box measuring 180*110*42mm. It needs 12 Volt and is able to
be connected to almost all pocket phones. A built in feature is that,
if the booster looses power supply it will have only a very small loss
of signal through the booster.
